Korean skincare has been trending for a while now—and with good reason. The options are endless, which makes knowing where to start a little overwhelming. A while back, I reviewed Peach & Lily products (which I loved), and more recently, I was sent some Incellderm products to try from @innerradianceleawood.
As always, my top priority when testing skincare is making sure products are clean and non-toxic. And even within brands labeled as “clean,” not all products are created equally—so I evaluate each one individually. This review is based solely on the Incellderm products I personally tested.
First Impressions: Better Than Expected
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked these products—especially one standout item: Incellderm’s Active Clean-Up Powder.
Yes, a powder. You mix it with water to create a soft, creamy cleanser. It’s an enzymatic formula that lightly exfoliates, brightens dull skin, and best of all—it’s super gentle. If you have sensitive or acne-prone skin, enzyme cleansers like this one are a great alternative to harsh scrubs. Plus, the powder form makes it perfect for travel (hello, TSA-friendly skincare!). After using it, my skin felt clean, calm, and radiant—not raw or irritated. And to top it off, it received an excellent rating on Yuka for clean ingredients. Win-win.
A Hydration Hero: Vieton Oil Mist
Another favorite? The Vieton Oil Mist. This one lives in my purse now. It’s perfect for an on-the-go moisture boost without the heaviness of a lotion. Just a quick spritz over makeup (or bare skin), and you’re refreshed and glowing. This one also scored highly on Yuka, which is always a relief.
Radiansome Line: That “Glass Skin” Glow
Incellderm’s Radiansome™100 line includes the Microfluidizer Ampoule, Essential Toner, and Moisturizer Cream. According to the brand, this line uses 100% nanoliposomal technology to deliver active ingredients deep into the skin. Sounds fancy! And as a result, your skin reaps maximum benefits from the potent formulations, including enhanced hydration, improved elasticity, and a more even complexion. Honestly, it delivered. These gave my skin a hydrated, healthy glow (the kind Korean skincare is famous for—glass skin, anyone?).
They’re all largely made with clean ingredients, though it’s worth noting a few natural components—like Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Banana Fruit Extract, and Strawberry Fruit Extract which contain naturally occurring fragrance and can irritate very sensitive skin. That said, I have pretty sensitive skin myself and experienced no irritation at all. The scents were subtle and actually quite pleasant.
One miss for me: Aqua Protection Sunscreen
The only product I wouldn’t personally repurchase is the Aqua Protection Sunscreen. Performance-wise, it was great—lightweight, no white cast, easy to wear. But ingredient-wise, it contains a few that I would prefer not to use. If ingredient purity is a deal-breaker for you too, this might be a skip. Maybe substitute it out with Avene Face and Body Lotion Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 or ThinkSport Sunscreen SPF 50.
Final Thoughts
If you’re dipping your toes into Korean skincare or just looking to try something new, Incellderm has some definite gems worth checking out—especially the Active Clean-Up Powder and Vieton Oil Mist. Just remember: even with “clean” beauty, always check the labels for yourself.
